WP Coupon Import Export Plugin does not compatible with WordPress 4.7.1

  Hi David,

  Just would like to let you know that WordPress 4.7.1 (released 11.1.2017) does not allow upload file .csv file.
  That is why the Import function stop working. I think that WordPress made a mistake on this.

  If WordPress does not provide a fix on this matter in near future, I think that you will need to consider to allow upload coupon with .txt file.
