Urgent – Tabs not showing with Parallax on browsing from tablet

Hi,
When trying to access a page that has parallax with a background image and tabs from a tablet, first it loads the tabs and the tabs content is visible while it continues to load the background image. Once the background image is loaded only the background image is visible and the tabs but not the tabs content.
