Unable to use text and gallery on one page?

  Being a photographer I like to show pages with my work all over the place. I have created several new pages with text and a beautiful gallery, but I’m in a struggle to find the correct settings for creating a page which handles text AND a gallery.

  Could you help me with the correct settings? Thanks
