Unable to move between different Option Settings for Theme Options

  From within the Theme Options page, I am unable to navigate between the different settings e.g. General Settings to Font Style, the page does not change. The URL changes, but the page does not.

  I have attempted to disable all plugins apart from the stToolKit, but this made no difference

  I am running WordPress v4.5.2 and 1.9 of the theme (although the changelog only shows information up to 1.7)
