Unable to change logo and main menu bug

  1. Unable to change logo
  – After uploading new logo, it shows an empty image. Please check logo-bug.JPG as attached below.

  2. Main menu bug
  – If the internet connection is not fast enough, all top menus/links are expanded in a few seconds then collapsed later. Please check menu-bug.JPG as attached below, it seems not good at all.. how to fix it?

  3. How to put Instagram icon onto footer? The available options are only Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Youtube and Skype.
