Reservation form seems to work but no e-mail is sent.

The reservation form that comes with the package doesn’t send out the e-mail. The form validation works and when we submit the form we can a successful message
“Thank you for contacting us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.”
But no e-mail is ever sent out. Again the only changes to the page-reservation.html and page-reservation-ajax.php have been to update the e-mail address in page-reservation-ajax.php.
