Page builder fullwidth row functionality enabling more than 2 semi-width blocks

It is important to be able to create rows with the page builder consisting of several semi width blocks.
Now putting only 2 sequential blocks is allowed, but if the one is much shorter than the other, results to a lot of unusable white space under it.
A row function could enable putting of a second right block under the short one.
