No html editor in text block mode?

  HI – hope you are all doing well.
  Is there no HTML EDITOR (even a basic one to add link, bold, etc.) in text block mode?

  Without that feature, the client can’t really use your nice page builder – client doesn’t know html.

  If that feature is not there it should be an absolute top priority.
