nav menu update goes directly to 404error

    default lang: Italian
    cache disabled for editing.

    tried to sync ENG nav menu to ITA and lost two buttons on the top menu.
    Auto sync doens’ work.
    tried to edit MENU: ITA version saves fine, whatever change I do in ENG version, does not let me save.

    any help?
