missing style.css missing and now theme header missing

  The package could not be installed. The style.css stylesheet doesn’t contain a valid theme header.

  earlier it was having probelm of missong stylesheet style.css but when i did it . the error now i get is doesn’t contain a valid theme header. now what should i do now i want to know it compelete please resolve this problem
