Now our Lunar New Year (Goat year) 2015 is approaching, we would like to notify our members that we will have a long period holiday from Feb. 18 to Feb. 23.
However, our website, order and support system will remain functional during this period. And we will arrange some of the staffs on duty.
Our Customer Service is also available from Feb. 18 to Feb. 23. But not all CS are on duty. That’s why we will reply your message within 24 -48 hours. We propose that you choose ticket system to get our support without delay.
