Logo Positioning after scrolling page

    Hi another little problem about logo ..

    my logo is 285 x 74 (png)

    i set padding-top to 10 to have the logo  in line with menu

    now when i scroll the page and back to top the actual padding has changed back to 30

    what is controlling the dynamic of this padding ..
