Link in room services icons / text in visual editor and page builder elements

Another questions:
1 – How I can change the link on the services room icons?, I do not want to click takes me to the top of the page .. can be with the link empty (without the #) or occurs to me that I can create a descriptive page for services and link icons to this.
2 – Is normal to use any element of the page builder, the content that I’ve entered in the visual editor desappear? .. It happens that first entered text in the editor and then to use the Gmap element from the page builder, the text don´t appears on the page. The same thing happened when trying to include the page builder element Service Columns … the put content in the visual editor that does not appear…
