I can not change the Theme Option of the Hotec theme

  Hello,

  I bought the Hotec theme some time ago and I had to make some changes to the Theme Option.
  When I save, a message appears: “You Settings Saved”.
  When I go to the page to see the change, the old settings appear.
  When I update the Theme Option page, the settings I entered are lost.
  Please, you have how to help me with this problem.
  Both the previous version and the new version gives the same error.
