Hotel template – installation problems

Hi, I have purchased the Hotec – Responsive Hotel, Spa & Resort Template but I’m unable to intall it in WordPress (version 3.9.2). The first error message was displaying a header problem with the file “style.css”. After solving this problem (i had to set the comments correctly, although the file says to not modify anything) now the problem is there is no template file (there is no index.php, instead there is only index.html) . After changing the file extension i could finally install the theme, but it looks very bad… My website is https://daygf.com/, you can see there how it looks like now. Thanks in advance,
