Hotec reservation form not working

    Hello

    The reservation form for http://www.irwinlakechalets.com was not working on mobile so I ran some updates. I updated plugins and updated to the newest version of WP I am now not able to send reservation requests at all and when I hit submit the loading wheel just keeps spinning but never confirms.

    How can this be fixed?
