Gravity Forms Shortcode

When adding the GravityForms shortcode into a page that uses your PageBuilder it strips out the code. When we insert html instead it loads the form but all custom css code is ignored. Is there a known issue with GravityForms integration? What can be done to fix?
-We created a new form
-Gave it a css class
-The theme seems to be overriding all custom GravityForms styles.
