Fontcello Icons Not Showing

  The social media icons in the header as well as icons throughout the site such as slider arrows, or portfolio filter nav, etc… are not displaying.

  We are using w3 Total Cache and that seems to be causing the issue. I need to adjust the settings to be able to load the fontcello icons but not sure where they are being called in. We have disabled the minify function of w3 Total Cache and the problem persists. We need to use this caching plugin for performance. Any guidance you could give on getting these theme icons to load would be appreciated.

  Besides the plugin toolkit and theme package are their any other files that are needed for the icons to load?
  What do you advise?
