Duplicate links to Paypal on checkout page, plus duplicate "Proceed to Checkout"

  My client’s site is now using version 1.9 of Perfectum and version 2.3.6 of WooCommerce. He only accepts Paypal for payment. Since upgrading, I now see that he has duplicate “Proceed to Checkout” buttons on his cart page. After going to checkout, there are two duplicate options for selecting Paypal for payment (which should be the only choice in his case). Please advise re how to correct this — and thank you in advance!
