Delete or adding images on homepage not possible

  Hello, I want to change some images from my homepage slider. If I delete or add an image on the homepage I see the deletion or addittion. After the update it is still the old situation. It happens only on the dutch homepage, on the English and Spanish pages it works. The site is http://www.sardonyx.eu

  Please advise me.
