Custom Code to make the content window to stretch to the full width too

  Hi
  Althought the theme has the option for full-width but on the top menu bar and the bottom footer is full width. The center area where the content is is not full width.

  Can you advise me what can i do , like a custom CSS code to make it fullwidth for all the page too?
