Blank page after installing the HOTEC theme

  Hello,
  I am a beginner on wordpress and I work my site locally.
  I use the HOTEC theme I just bought.
  WordPress Version: 4.3.1

  I installed the HOTEC theme in wordpress by downloading the zip file via the tab install themes and then click on Activate and from then I get a blank page.

  Did I do something wrong or forget a few things?
  Because the default themes work.
