Adding Script to Header & Body

    Hi,
    One of the marketing agencies of a client requires a script to be added to the header of all pages and another script at the top of the body directly after opening the body.

    Any suggestion as how to implement this the easiest without it getting removed/overwritten by any wordpress or theme updates?
